How can you do these stickers at such a good price?
Netstickers has been designed to automate the sticker ordering and printing processes, thereby removing costs. These cost savings have then been passed on to our customers. Hence the excellent value for money.

How long will my stickers last?
They will last for more than 3 years. They are printed with light fast inks and are fully waterproof.

How long will my stickers take to be delivered?
Delivery is usually within 1-2 weeks.

What artwork files do you accept?
We accept most formats - .pdf, .eps, .tiff, .psd, .jpeg. .ai, .cdr, .doc.

It is important to send your artwork at a high resolution. A minimum of 300 dpi is recommended. Images taken from the web are usually at 72dpi and will not produce a very good print quality.

Please ensure that your design has the same proportions as your chosen sticker size. If it is not, the image will be resized and you may lose some detail.

If you wish to make alterations after we have created your proof, just send us your revisions and we will send you a new proof.

If you need help, and or, would like us to create the design for your sticker please email your requirements for a quotation.

Will I get a proof?
Yes, we will send a PDF proof for your approval prior to going to print.

How do I pay?
Payment may be made by bank transfer, debit card or cheque. We also accept credit cards, but due to the charges we incur there is a handling fee. Full details will be on your invoice.

Can I track my order?
Yes - as everything is done by the web and email, just send us an email referencing your order number and we will reply with the current status of your order.

What is your return policy?
If for what ever reason you are not entirely satisfied with your stickers, then just return all the stickers unused for a full refund. The only exclusion to this is approved artwork errors/spelling mistakes.

What guarantees/security do I have?
Netstickers is the internet only trading arm of Atlantic Coast Studios, which has been providing Screen and Digital printing services since 1946. I need help with my artwork.
This is fine, when you have placed your order and received your confirmation, just email us your requirements and we will provide you with a quotation.

Can I have a different size or a different material?
No this is not possible with Netstickers. However please contact Atlantic Coast Studios for a quotation.
